Biography:
Our Purpose: Sharing the good news of Jesus Christ through testimony and song with those who do not know Him as Savior, and encouraging those who do.
Eternal Praise was formed in the spring of 1995 with the merging of two singing families. The group is made up of Gary and Rachel Dutter and their daughters, Kristen and Allison Dutter; Dennis Wyatt and his daughter, Dorothy Skiles, as well as Dorothy’s husband, Dale, and their son, Cody Skiles.
Over the years, God has been growing their ministry. They have been invited to sing at many concerts, convalescent homes, prisons, and churches. In May of 2003, they went on a cruise to Alaska along with many of their friends and family. In April of 2006 they were invited to sing at the “Best of the West” for the Great Western Southern Gospel Fan Festival. At Fan Fest 2007, they were asked to sing at two of the evening concerts. They also host an annual Songfest at Adair Acres. The size of the group and their heritage of a cappella singing allow them to split parts and achieve intriguing vocal harmonies.
Each member of Eternal Praise has trusted Jesus Christ as their Savior and they desire that in their music and in their lives, He receive honor and praise.
Eternal Praise is made up of:
Three sopranos: Allison Dutter, Dorothy Skiles, and Carrie Landes
Two altos: Rachel Dutter and Kristen Dutter
Three tenors: Dennis Wyatt, Gary Dutter, and Dale Skiles
One bass: Cody Skiles
